Implementing CallidusCloud Monaco at LANDesk

LANDesk Software is a global leader in systems lifecycle management, endpoint security and IT service management. Since early 2012, it has been using CallidusCloud’s Monaco solution for its 250+ strong salesforce. In June 2012, LANDesk acquired – Wavelink, a leader in device management and wireless infrastructure management.

Wavelink was using an Excel based home grown tool to manage sales compensation for its 100+ strong salesforce. This entailed multiple and personalized worksheets for each payee, updated every month. The entire process required significant resources and was still highly error prone.

Soon after the merger was completed, with the goal of streamlining business processes and optimize the resources, LANDesk management team decided to get Wavelink on the CallidusCloud platform.
