In 2013, Xirrus engaged Spectrum to deploy a leading SPM tool to realize their vision for a dynamic, role-based sales compensation management system to replace a simplistic spreadsheet-based regimen. Xirrus set a goal of independently being able to operate and make system changes shortly after completion of the implementation.
