Implementing IBM ICM at Harmonics Inc

In 2011, Harmonic Inc, decided to deploy IBM ICM (then Varicent) to automate commission operations. They engaged one of the IBM’s certified partner for the initial implementation. The system went live, with some delays, but then business needs changed significantly. The system, as implemented, was unable to meet the needs. Having experienced the quality of work from this partner, Harmonic released an RFP, and this time decided to engage SpectrumTek to reimplement the system.

SpectrumTek took on the re implementation project in 2013, and completed the project within 4 months.
