Maneesh Gupta, Managing Partner
Maneesh oversees business development and customer success for Spectrum. For the past 15 years he has been heavily involved in Sales Performance Management (SPM) industry, first as a consumer of the SPM software, and then as a System Integration partner for all major SPM software vendors. Under his leadership Spectrum has helped more than 75 enterprise customers in selecting, designing and implementing SPM tools.
Prior to Spectrum, Maneesh worked at Apple Inc. for six years in various senior management roles. At Apple, he was responsible for all of Apple’s Finance Systems and led the world-wide roll out of Callidus’ TrueComp software.
Maneesh holds a degree in engineering from I.I.T. Delhi and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Jeffrey Saling, Partner and Advisor
Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). As Sr. VP of Sales, Jeff lead the global sales for Callidus Software (Nasdaq: CALD), a leading provider of SPM solution. He was instrumental in the success of Callidus’ SaaS offering, which now has over 150,000 sales subscribers in 135 countries. Jeff has worked with more than 150 companies, in both SaaS and On-Premise models helping them with their sales incentives and performance management. Prior to leading sales, Jeff was leading the design and building of Callidus’s on-premise solution to Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
Before joining Callidus Software, Jeff served as America’s Vice President of Field Operations, leading professional services, sales engineering, and sales operations activities in the America’s at Chordiant Software (Nasdaq: CHRD, now Pega Systems). Before Chordiant, Jeff held a senior management role at Accenture. Prior to Accenture, Jeff served as Vice President, and Director of Operations for call center and Internet and call center based start-ups.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Production & Operations Management, from California State University, Hayward (East Bay). He is a sought after speaker on the topics of SaaS and SPM.
Lucy Dathan, CFO
Lucy brings on board more than 20 years of finance and management experience from tenures at world-renowned organizations such as the London Stock Exchange. Lucy was CFO at WeatherBill (now Climate Corporation), Mixamo, Poptent, Trovix (sold to Monster Worldwide), Piczo (sold to Stardoll), Lexit Financial Group and First Tuesday. Prior to that Lucy spent
eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Lucy holds a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and is a CPA.
Firoz Razak, Principal
Firoz brings with him over 20 years of experience across a wide range of disciplines, specifically in the area of Sales Performance Management (SPM). His passion for SPM tools, and his ability to understand compensation processes, allow him to effectively identify client issues and successfully drive complex SPM projects from start to finish.
Firoz has worked with an impressive client list ranging from Disney to several major investment banks including Goldman Sachs, UBS Warburg, Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. He has also worked on compensation projects in the Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, and Retail industries.
Prior to Spectrum, Firoz worked with CallidusCloud as Project Manager and Technical Lead on various TrueComp implementation projects.
Firoz received a degree in Computer Science from London South Bank University and a Masters of Cognitive Science from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
Rick Butler, Strategic Advisor
Rick Butler is Senior Director of Sales Compensation COE at Cisco Systems. His organization is responsible for the design and implementation of all of Cisco’s global sales compensation programs. Prior to joining Cisco, Mr. Butler was: Sr. Director, HR Sales Compensation at EMC; Director, Global Compensation & Benefits at Black & Veatch; Executive Director, Americas Compensation & Benefits and Executive Director, Sales & Support Compensation at Dell; and Director, Global Sales Compensation at Lucent Technologies. He is a regular speaker at WorldatWork’s Total Rewards and Spotlight on Sales Compensation conferences.
Mr. Butler holds a BA in Physics from St. Louis University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis where he also received an MBA specializing in HR and strategic marketing.
